Marcel Bischoff 5c4d8480e6 Add services folder, add Uptime Robot policy definition (#838) ... Uptime Robot is a commonly used service for tracking service interruptions. Additional policy definitions may be beneficial for services that do publish their IP addresses in use. The list is additionally aggregated to slightly shorten it.
